ABOUT US

Brotherhood of men standing together in unity at Men’s Power Group encounter

OUR STORY

Mens Power Group was founded on July 10, 2021, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, during a season when the world — and many men — were searching for clarity, connection, and purpose.

In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, isolation and uncertainty revealed a deeper need among men: the need for safe, authentic spaces to share their stories, strengthen their faith, and walk together in brotherhood. What began as a burden on the heart of the founder became a calling — to create a space where men could know God, make Him known, and encounter Him together.

Mens Power Group exists to go beyond the walls of the church, meeting both churched and unchurched men where they are. We recognize that for many men, vulnerability and surrender can feel difficult within traditional church settings. Our encounters create an environment where men can experience God’s presence, grow in accountability, and begin to understand that surrender is not weakness — it is essential.

This is not about religion for religion’s sake.
This is about encountering God and becoming who He created us to be — together.

OUR MISSION

To assemble and honor God in spirit and in truth as we go beyond the walls of the church.
We believe men, united in faith, have the power to transform families, communities, and generations by walking boldly in the calling of Christ.

“As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.” — Proverbs 27:17

OUR VISION

Mens Power Group is guided by a commitment to men of integrity.

Accountability is foundational to who we are. As followers of Christ, we understand that our lives set the example for those coming behind us. When men walk in integrity and accountability, we reflect the character of God and embrace our identity as His image-bearers.

About Our Founder

GARY WHITE

Mens Power Group was founded by Gary White, a servant leader whose journey reflects obedience, growth, and a deep commitment to allowing God to work through him — even before he felt ready.

Gary’s walk with Christ began in a place of honesty and humility. Aware that God had placed a greater purpose on his life, he pressed into his relationship with the Lord, trusting that obedience did not require perfection — only willingness. As he grew in faith, God placed him in spaces that stretched him, refined him, and prepared him to lead.

Through consistent prayer, studying God’s Word, and living a lifestyle of praise and worship, Gary’s faith matured beyond Sunday mornings and into everyday life. What others began to recognize in him — leadership, favor, and spiritual authority — he eventually embraced as confirmation of God’s calling.

Gary leads with authenticity, believing that men grow best when they are empowered to walk in truth, accountability, and purpose.
